King of Kings returned to live action on FightBox HD for what was the promotion’s thirteenth event of 2018. The card featured a five-round KOK Welterweight Championship fight between Constantin Rusu and Aleksejs Marizihins. Marizihins was a late replacement for his countryman Zaur Dzhavadov who had pulled out of the title fight just 48 hours earlier due to an injury. As a result, he was stripped of the title.
