King of Kings kickboxing returned to their home base of Vilnius, Lithuania in front of a crowd of over 10,000 people to witness one of the biggest KOK events of the year. Current KOK Light Heavyweight Champion Sergej Maslobojev had a change of opponent just two days before the event when Brazil’s Rafael De Souza Xavier filled in for the injured Fatih Mehmet Karakus of Turkey. Olympic boxing bronze medalist Evaldas Patrauskas also did not fight, having recently injured his wrist, which he had surgery on just a few days ago.
